MAN UP FOX VALLEY
MAN UP Basketball is proud to announce our new franchise in the Fox Valley. MAN UP Fox Valley will be owned and operated by Conrad Krutwig. All programming will be in the Fox Valley communities.
Conrad grew up in Algonquin IL, where he attended Jacobs High School. After a successful career at Jacobs HS, Coach Krutwig played Division I basketball at the University of South Dakota. After two seasons at USD he transferred to Division II University of Wisconsin-Parkside where he helped claim the schools first ever conference title and was the captain of the team. Coach Krutwig is excited to help the young people of the Fox Valley improve their individual skills so that they can become a productive member of their team.

TRAVEL TEAMS
Throughout the year MAN UP provides 1st-8th grade and high school travel teams. All teams are coached by Coach Conrad Krutwig. Players will participate in 1-2 team practices per week.
