Aaron grew up in Glenview. He received his undergraduate degree from Northeastern Illinois University in Secondary Education-Physical Education. He also received his masters degree from Roosevelt University in Educational Leadership. He currently resides in Glenview with his wife Kia and 3 children Naomi, Makenzie and Jonah.
Aaron began coaching basketball 15 years ago on the southwest side of Chicago. His first year coaching he won an Area Championship with both his 5/6th and 7/8th grade teams. The following year he was hired to coach the freshmen boys team at Lincoln Park High School. Aaron’s team finished the season 22-2 and won the Whitney Young Frosh Christmas Tournament and the CPL Red North Conference. After a great season at Lincoln Park, he accepted a varsity head coaching job on the south side of Chicago at The University of Chicago Charter School Woodlawn Campus. Aaron has worked for other AAU programs in the past at the middle school and high school levels. Aaron coached a 3rd grade team that won the 2013 Illinois State AAU Championship. In 2017 Aaron's 6th grade team finished 2nd in the Illinois State AAU Tournament.

Aaron is considered by many families in the northern suburbs as the #1 youth sports motivator. He is excited to bring an old school mentality to the modern day youth basketball player. His high energy and love for the game of basketball is contagious to anyone that is around him. During the 4 years while owning Illinois Old School, Aaron built the grassroots program into a well known and respected name in Illinois. He is excited to continue building the self confidence in young people on and off the court!!

Conrad grew up in Algonquin IL, where he attended Jacobs High School. After playing at Jacobs, he went on to play Division I basketball at the University of South Dakota where his team made the College Insider Tournament and won the Great West Conference. He then transferred to Division II University of Wisconsin-Parkside where Conrad helped claim the schools 1st ever conference title and was the captain of the team.
Conrad received his bachelors degree in sports management at University of Wisconsin-Parkside. He did his internship through a travel basketball organization and jumped right into coaching and working with kids.
Basketball has always been Conrad's passion in life, since 4th grade he lived for the game. At this time in his life giving back and helping young people discover that same passion has been his focus.
Conrad has experience in working with youth and high school level players. Conrad has trained some of the Fox Valley's best talent in the past 4 years including names like, Cam Krutwig, Zack Geske, Chris Orange, Payton Otto and Sam Olrich.
Conrad is also the boys feeder basketball director at Jacobs High School. Conrad now lives in Lake in the Hills and has a 7 year old son.
